Hello, my name is Amanda Roach. I recently purchased a VW Jetta from Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie. I live outside of Lynchburg, Va. Once we arrived Bill was waiting on us, he was very knowledgable of the car. He was also very helpful in the fiancing. Not only was Bill a good salesperson, but he wanted to make sure I would be happy in purchasing the car. I would say I had a very pleasent time dealing with Bill. Overall my experience at this dealership was awesome. Everthing went fairly quick and the sale was handled efficiantly. I went on a saturday to check out some cars and do some test driving. I was greated by Charles and he was awesome from the start. I told him that I would just be looking on that day so I could make my final choice and then me and my partner would return on Monday to make the final purchase. Even knowing that he might not be the person there on monday, Charles continued to be efficient and effective in helping me select a vehicle. He let me test drive 3 cars and he was very knowledgeable about all of them. He was not pushy at all and really made me feel comfortable with him. I made sure that we returned on Monday at a time when Charles would be present so that he would be the one to finish the deal. My partner called on Monday morning with my choice so that maybe they could get the ball rolling and we wouldnt have to spend a long time at the dealership when he got off of work. Charles and Sean ( our finance guy ) got the deal started and figured out the financing while he was at work so it was basically done when we got there. There was momentary confusion in pricing towards the end of the transaction but it was cleared up quickly and everything turned out great. I love my Scion TC and couldn't have asked for a better purchasing experience! everyone at Brown's Toyota and Scion was and continues to be AWESOME!!!! Thank You!!! More

Steve allowed me to pick the cars I wanted to test drive. He didn't hound me , follow me, or pressure me in any way. He said he never had experience with something called the BOMB that another co worker said he had used. which led me to stick with Steve and check other car out that didn't have the nasty smells. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, 3 of them from Alan Adams. We take our time in purchasing a vehicle - test drive, Consumer Report research, etc, so from the time we first contact the sal them from Alan Adams. Each time we purchased a vehcile, Alan has been very patient and helpful with us throughout the process.
