This purchase was our second purcahse with Brown's Car. We had a positive experience with dealing with Brown's Car few years ago that we decided to make a second purchase. Today, 9/30/2010, we met with Alan Adams, who painstakingly explained everything to us. We initially wanted to buy Sienna, which we test-drove, but later decided to purchase Camry after realizing that we would not be able to afford Sienna. Despite wasting time on Sienna, surprisingly, Alan demonstrated enormous patience in taking us through the process of switching to Camry without a hitch. The purchase process was very smooth and open. We definitely had a positive experience buying from Brown's Toyota and all Kudos goes to Alan for his professionalism, endurance, patience, and openness. I'll recommend Brown's Toyota in general, and Alan in particular, to friends and families and we plan to make additional purchase next year. More
I came to the dealership Wednesday a week ago as Justin had been recommended to me by a friend who knew I was looking for a small, used car to fit in my townhouse garage. He took the time to show me what was available, he was very friendly and professional. I did some research on the particular model I had in mind, Brown's Toyota had the best price! I returned Friday for a test drive and found myself in the capable hands of Clever. He took the time to explain the new technology in my car, the safety features and we went off on the test drive. Then and there, I bought the car. Justin had quoted me a price, and Clever honored it with just one trip to his manager. The paperwork was handled smoothly and Saturday morning I picked up my "new" car. This was the best experience in buying a car I have ever had. No hassle, no haggling, no returning to the manager time and time again. Clever again took the time on Saturday to explain the car to me. He was also friendly and professional, in fact everyone in the used and new sales areas was very friendly. My buying experience was a huge success. Thank you again to everyone at Brown's Toyota. More
This purchase was our daughters first car. Alan explained all the equipment and safety features thoroughly before we took the test drive. I felt very comfortable dealing with him (he explained everything to my daughter as if it were his own child) very caring and made sure she understood. The finishing touch of the balloons when we picked up the car made it very special to her. Al Pearson in the financing department was also very thorough and professional - we chated during the whole process as if we were old friends. We never felt pressured in any way. I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and will recommend Browns Toyota to my family friends. I can't say enough about our positive experience. More

Brown's website also had the best price I had seen after 2 weeks of shopping online and at dealerships. I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, called to confirm details and that it was still in inventory, then made an offer that was quickly accepted. Confirmed details by email, then picked up the new vehicle about a week later. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - honest, straightforward, helpful, friendly. Absolutely would buy again from Brown's. More

We worked our way through the inevitable paperwork relatively quickly (though it's never quick), and Charles helped us to learn the new features of our car and answered our questions with great ease and obvious pride in the car. The price we were quoted on the phone was the price that we were given when we arrived in person--in sharp contrast to our experience at another local dealership. This is the way car purchasing should be! More

Both were open and straight forward. I always had the sense that as a customer I was valued. I had some additional equipment added the following Monday and the car of the service staff seemed just as interested in ensuring my satisfication. When Charles saw me there he made sure I didn't have any additional questions on the car. More

I was in the market for a new 4X4. I needed specific questions answered. I had technical questions such as tow weight, tongue weight, torque and gear ratios...When I walked in I made it clear that I nee questions answered. I had technical questions such as tow weight, tongue weight, torque and gear ratios...When I walked in I made it clear that I needed to discuss these specific issues. They gave me to the first person on the floor. This women had no clue about anything that I was talking about. She was trying to explain to me all the nice "interior features" of the 4runner. I ended not buying from this store for the simple fact that they did not respect me enough to give me to a sales persons who understood trucks and 4X4. More
I discovered this particular vehicle after doing an online price search for Camry on "Auto Trader". Throughout the process, Joyce Morrison coordinated the intricate back and forth transactions between me and her Sales and Financial Managers. She exhibited a professional follow thru and personal covern for me by giving me her cell phone number to handle the numerous issues that needed attention while she was on or off duty. If the opportunity to purchase another vehicle comes again, I will definitly contact Brown's Toyota and ask for Jocye Morrison. More

I knew I could NOT go over my budget to finance this car and wanted no surprises at the time of signing a contract. I had financing arranged with my credit union before I left home but Toyota beat the price ...so with Tax, tags and trade in I drove out with my 2010 white, Toyota Corolla and a happy camper! Thanks to Charles, Dustin and Sean. They made my first experience with Brown's Toyota a great one. I will recommend this dealer ship to anyone considering a new car and their sales team. Oh, PS. I left my laptop underneath the driver's seat of the 1999 Corolla I traded in and didn't discover it until I got home an hour away from Browns dealership. I called Charles in a panic at 11:30pm. No problem, he took care of it for me. The next day was his day off, but Charles secured the computer and had it held for me as I made my voyage again across the Bay Bridge. Yes, I would say Brown's Toyota get's five STARS! Sincerely, Cynthia Nicklin Oh one more thing....Their "strength" is the listing of their prices fairly with the discount price for everyone to see before hand. No going through collecting data and getting back to you. I found this to be very "user friendly". The other dealerships around made you go through hoops on the computer to submit the make, model, and email info, before they report back to you with a quote. More
