Labor was astronomical! Also in the past as much as I asked you didn’t stand behind the warranty on my elderly Mom’s battery on her truck’s service for a different vehicle and visit. Just a horrible experience I don’t know what happened to the advisor but she disappeared for about 45 minutes I waited 2 hours for only a 5 point inspection. And an oil change I did not ask for. I also asked her to let the tech know to check my blower for the air and that was not done. Very disappointed in this dealership second time visit and will not come back. I purchased tires through Toyota and they don’t even honor the rotation waiver and they charge $40 just terrible service! More
