My wife and I have been loyal Toyota owners for over 20 years and started using this dealership to service both of our vehicles after relocating to the area from South Florida in 2022. The service department initially was very reliable and did great work and we could count on getting in and out of the service department within 1 hour with a scheduled maintenance appointment. Starting this year, our experience at the service department has been terrible. Both of us had scheduled general maintenance appointments and waited close to 3 hours for the service to be completed. We suspect the delay is attributable to the extensive renovation work that is being done in the maintenance area and if this the case the dealership should have reduced the number of available appointments to accommodate the reduced workflow rather than shift the burden to the customer. When I expressed my displeasure with the prolonged waiting to the representative at the service desk he was indifferent and I was given the impression that my business was not appreciated. Moreover, I asked that my displeasure be conveyed to the service manager, expecting I would get some sort of response, and so far, nothing but crickets. As far as we are concerned, the dealership does not get a "third strike" and we will not be use it again for maintenance and when we replace our vehicles next year. More

I could not have asked for any better. More
