The service department is very good but the waiting room is prehistoric. I’ve used 3 different Toyota dealerships over 30+ years and the waiting areas have always been top of the line. I asked you guys to check my check engine light while I was there getting an oil change and all you did was turn it off. No one told me if they ran a diagnostic on my car or anything. All I was told is to only worry about it if the check engine light was blinking. Well I got stuck with my car last night! The light came on and the car completely shut down. I’m NOT HAPPY. I would expect to hear from the service manager about this. More
