You have moved to a mostly text-based interaction system with customers, which I was not aware of. I thought I had authorized service on everything the text I received had recommended, but it turned out the with customers, which I was not aware of. I thought I had authorized service on everything the text I received had recommended, but it turned out there was some kind of technical glitch that said I had declined service in a couple of areas when I had not. I was a bit confused after picking up my car, and I called the service department today to find out what had happened. The woman I spoke with explained what had happened to my satisfaction. Next time I will be aware that I may need to go find the rep myself when I get the service recommendations, instead of them coming to me as they used to do. Frankly I feel this is a downgrade in service, not having the technician/ rep talk to me directly. And you lost out on some of my business as well, as I am not going to drive back to Hendersonville to get my wipers and filters replaced, but rather will have them done here in Columbus. More
