The service dept is a very busy place. I noticed the company has cut out the cashiers. It seems the person checking you in is also checking people you are out. My truck sat in a corner I noticed the company has cut out the cashiers. It seems the person checking you in is also checking people you are out. My truck sat in a corner of the parking lot for over an hour with no one touching the truck. I asked the person who checked me in about my truck. He checked and the paperwork was in the truck. I was told my truck was finished. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I live in Haywood County and got out of bed At 5:45am. I left my house at 6. I arrived at the dealership at 7am. I was third in line. I did not have an appointment for the oil change. I have been there before and only been at the dealership an hour and a half. The last time I was at the dealership I had the same service. I was there a little over three hours. I will come back to the dealership again. The work is always done right. More

This visit was not as smooth as previous visits. The video of my service was great and professional. After I got that video it was 2 more hours only to find out they had the wrong part ordered. So w The video of my service was great and professional. After I got that video it was 2 more hours only to find out they had the wrong part ordered. So we were there 3 hours for a tire rotation. The maintenance light was never reset and finger smudges were left all over the mirror that wasn’t replaced leaving me to believe it was removed before realizing they had the wrong part.
