Kayla took care of us from the time we got there until the time we left. I appreciate her keeping us informed and also writing down some information that we needed for future visits. the time we left. The service department is very good but the waiting room is prehistoric. I’ve used 3 different Toyota dealerships over 30+ years and the waiting areas have always been top of the line. I was pleased with the ability to make a quick service appointment on the day of calling. Within minutes, the car was being serviced and they detected a battery that needed replacing as well. I brought my car in because the “check engine” light was on, and to get an oil change and new oil filter. I also got the engine air filter and the cabin air filter replaced. I was mildly surprised by the $ on, and to get an oil change and new oil filter. I also got the engine air filter and the cabin air filter replaced. I was mildly surprised by the $327 bill, which I thought was a little excessive. Brandon was thorough and explained things to me and pointed out some issues that need to be addressed sooner or later. As I was driving home, the “VSC” and “TRAC” “OFF” lights came on and remained on. I was finally able to speak to a rep, Austin, who told me how to turn them off but so far I have not got them to remain off. This is an aggravation to me, as Austin said I would have to make another appointment to get that fixed. I will be upset if the Service Dept. can’t fix this or if they charge me to do it. More
