Great service, friendly staff. I needed routine service for my vehicle. I bought my Honda used from a different dealership but wanted to have it serviced at Bryan Honda. I haven't been to Bryan Honda in over 10 years to have a vehicle serviced & they have since remodeled. I did not have a scheduled appointment & just drove there on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't sure of how they do things now but was helped right away by someone in the service department. I was able to get my oil changed, a tire rotation & my state inspection in 2 hours. My Service Advisor Kellie was the nicest & most helpful person I've ever dealt with when taking any of my vehicles anywhere! She answered all the questions I had. I'm very happy that I brought my car in & now have a good place to bring it. More

Not up to par My service advisor had an emergency and needed to leave. That is understandable. However, the service department failed to call to notify me of this a My service advisor had an emergency and needed to leave. That is understandable. However, the service department failed to call to notify me of this and I only knew to pick up my car when I called to check close to the end of the business day. If I had not called, I’m pretty sure they would have forgotten to call me. The gentleman who checked me out rushed me out of the service department and failed to let me know that my car needed wheel alignments, which I would have been happy to do if I had known earlier in the day when they made that note. However, I only found out by reading the service log. Additionally, my driver’s seat is torn about 4 inches on the side, which did not exist prior to dropping my car off. I tried calling but would always get left on hold. I was considering purchasing a new Honda from Bryan this year but now I am reconsidering this entire dealership. For a service that cost over $400, the customer service was appallingly bad. More
