Throughout the whole process, the gentleman were honest and informed me of my options and got me APPROVED! I love my car-Rosie is what I named my 2015 Red Dodge Dart with all black fabric/leather interior, black rims, touch screen radio and other great accessories! Everyone calls him Doc, Doc helped me research different accords over two weeks he provided me different sale structure and numbers that would fit my budget and made sure all I got everything I wanted in car. He made sure I got the color I wanted interior and exterior. Even after the sale was completed and I didnt like the car I drove off with he had someone go all the way to Willington and get the car I wanted. Joe Doc Davis is the best car Salesman I know in Fayetteville. I'm giving them 5 stars as the best car salesmen in the business. Oil Change The dealship needs to change their setup.. I purchased my car in 2014 and liked the service department the way the had oil changes by appointments. We The dealship needs to change their setup.. I purchased my car in 2014 and liked the service department the way the had oil changes by appointments. Well now they don’t offer us the opportunity to do that anymore and haven’t for some time. Now, they have changed the way you arrive and have to sit in your car until an attendant comes for you. That might be 20 min or so. Then you have people who were there first and being skipped by others who arrive behind you because they get out of their car and go in to see someone and they process them first. I DO NOT LIKE THIS AT ALL. I am in the market to make a purchase for my 16 yet old and have a choice between another Honda Accord Sport or Toyota Camry. My decision will come down to the service after the sale. So I am at the dealership today getting breakwork don on my car and it is taking forever as in over 1 hour for her to get back to the dealership. Just not happy with service department. More
