We walked up on New Years Eve looking for the Kia Optima that was advertised online and Joe Davis was there to greet us. I knew what I wanted and all he had to do was make the numbers work for us. I originally stopped into Honda because I had received a voucher/free gift. When I pulled up Taylor was the first person I saw. He was ready to help and do his job. Long be hold he didn't stop until I got a great deal! He was super patient with me and my girls. Aside from the "business Taylor" he is an all around great person. He understood that I was having to communicate with my husband who was unable to respond right away with certain paper work that we needed to purchase the car. He helped with my girls which was amazing because we all know how long it can take at the dealership. I felt like I could talk to him as a real person and not your "annoying" car sales man. The weather was awful, so Jeff brought a Honda Pilot into the service bay waiting area and drove around the lot to look at the cars. When I had questions which required reading the sales sheet, Jeff stood in the pouring rain to get the answers. Once I decided on a particular vehicle, Joe Davis also helped with the paperwork. Both Jeff and Joe impressed me with their professionalism, candor, and courtesy. I was doubly impressed when the research I conducted through Consumer Reports and Kelley Blue Book recommended the exact price I paid for my new car.
