I was looking for a Van at the east coast so I can take my family for an Across A Be aware of the hidden cost!!!!!!!!!! I am from Vancouver Canada. I was looking for a Van at the east coast so I can take my family for an Across America tour. I found a Van on the Craigslist advertised by this dealer. I e-mailed Steve and he was responsive. After several e-mails talking about the details of this Van, all the sudden, they wanted $500 dollars more as "Customer Service Charge". I was very unhappy about this hidden cost. And Steve told me this "hidden cost" is "a standard that all dealers do". Also, he told me that they include this "Customer Serice Charge" in all the advertising, which is not true. I went back to the ads they put on the Craigslist and also checked other ads they put on autotrader.com and found no such information. This is very bad business practice and unethic. Everyone, please double check the hidden charge before you do business with this dealer!!!! More

Overall friendly service. Very upset that on 30 Jul 11 I looked at a 2008 Honda Odessey and was quoted a price by the sales manager of $25,900, I went home to think it over. When I returned on 1 Aug 11 at looked at a 2008 Honda Odessey and was quoted a price by the sales manager of $25,900, I went home to think it over. When I returned on 1 Aug 11 at 10 am to purchase the vehicle, it was told to me that a mistake had been made and I would actually have to pay $27,900 if I wanted the vehicle, I left. I'd like to think people are mostly honest, and this was an honest mistake. However, this is a "mistake" that wasted my time and there were many opportunities to catch this mistake, at the very least when they realized the mistake, they could have called me to prevent me from driving back to the dealership, that is good service even if it is counterpreductive to selling cars. The car only books clean retail for $26,000 NADA, so I feel the quote of $25,900 was not a mistake. Based on this experience I would not recommend this dealership. More

The dealership overall is an 8 1/2 out of 10. The first time I went in i spoke with one of he male sales Men and his boss who is short and claims to be cuban if you are hispanic just to gain your trust. As a woman I was treated with respect, however I was being forced to give more information than desired. As soon as this sales man told his boss that I was a military wife and his rank was given, his boss kept pushing to gain information. The man did not make the sale not because he was not pushy enough as his boss would say, but because he was overly pushy. They were so pushy that without gathering enough information they wanted me to drive home with a vehicle so that I can think about it. Now this may be good business to some, but that is done so that you feel more obligated to buy. The next day I came in with my research well done was fortunate to work with Reginer, it wS a pleasure from the very start. I first asked her who her boss was because I did not want her the short "Cuban" to gain any commission from this transaction. Reginer has a different boss, so it made it even better. Her boss was very honey and neither of them were pushy, instead they were very informative because I had already done my home work and I knew that they were saying he truth. By the end of the night the transaction was made and we were all pleased. Reginer and her boss were very friendly,the quality of work was great, the customer service was great, the final price was great,and because of Reginer and her boss the overall experience was great(with weighing in the first experience with second brings it to the overall 8 1/2 out of 10.
