I went to Bryan Honda to purchase a vehicle for my son. Mr. Rasheed Akins was my salesman and he was nothing less than excellent. The one thing I can say about Rasheed is that he did not pressure me during this process. I really appreciated that. I found the perfect car for my son and was going to purchase it but I had somewhere I needed to be after I found the car. Rasheed said no problem...let me talk to the manager and see what we can do because I know you want that car for your son. Rasheed and the manager said that I could come back that Monday and they would have the paperwork ready, the car cleaned and have me on my way. That is what I call great customer service. Shawn made me feel like an old friend. He was very helpful with the purchase of my new Honda Civic. On that Friday evening, I was originally was cruising the lot to look at used Civics when Shawn intr helpful with the purchase of my new Honda Civic. I worked with Taylor Shackleford on two car purchases over the last 3 weeks. He was very professional and easy to work with. My mom was in the market for a new car so accompanied her when visiting dealer over the last 3 weeks. He was very professional and easy to work with. He gave her the much needed tutorial of all the gadgets that came in her car. He was very responsive, attentive and respectful of to her negotiating skills. (haha) He got her what she wanted at the cost she wanted. Two days later I was contacted by Taylor because my mom mentioned that I was looking for a car for my daughter. We had a quick chat about my budget and what I was looking for and what do ya know a Honda civic was traded in over the weekend and it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for, for my daughter. After some quick negotiating I purchased the car and signed some paper work. I was very happy with the purchase. Now I was already pleased with his service but Taylor surpassed that when he actually stepped in to do cleaning and detail of the car himself. The car looked great !! , much better than it looked after the 1st cleaning was done by the detail dept. Not only did he do that he also got a birthday card for my daughter. I'm no sappy guy but that really pulled at my heart strings. This purchase was special because it was for my daughters 18th birthday and Taylor made this experience as painless as possible so I could keep my mind on the surprise planed for her in two weeks. In less than a week later, I went in to buy my car. Taylor was on time and waiting to assist me through the buying process. He helped me get the best deal possible, talking to the sales manager many times for me, with patience and professionalism. While waiting, Taylor shared with me a notebook of his accomplishments. I learned from that book that Taylor is a young man that loves his family. In the front of the book, he had several pictures of grandparents, parents and fiance. I also saw that from a young age that he was an achiver from the big fish to the salutatorian achievement in highschool. As a mother of 2 grown sons, I just felt so proud of Taylor, his integrity, honesty and true willingness to do the best he could for me. Before I left, transaction complete,Taylor instructed me on the bluetooth, navagation system and other features he felt important to share. I was so impressed with Taylor that I encouraged my son to talk with him about getting my granddaugher a car for her 18th birthday this month.
