Going to Bryan Honda was the single worst car shopping experience I have ever had. At first things were fine, but our sales rep was new and was not allowed to have the price list of the vehicles. Upon ask experience I have ever had. At first things were fine, but our sales rep was new and was not allowed to have the price list of the vehicles. Upon asking for help concerning the prices, a VERY rude salesman tried to aid ours and things quickly went down hill. Neither listened to what we wanted - in fact, they tried to push us into every car we didn't like. We also got a lot of different information from different sales people. For example, the internet salesman told me that they would not negotiate whatsoever on the vehicle we were interested in. However, the rude salesman on the lot said they wouldn't refuse a decent offer.... but he also lied about the price (he said it was $1000 more than what it was actually listed for online). This left us pretty confused. We did go back a second time to test drive the car we liked, and received dirty looks. The entire time there was extremely uncomfortable. We finally felt so pressured that we decided to walk away, and upon doing so we were begged by another salesman to stay. He went to his manager and told him why we were displeased with Bryan Honda and did not want to do business there, but the manager apparently decided he did not care, because he did not do ANYTHING about it. Talk about bad business practices.... I would not recommend going to Brian Honda. I will never set foot on the lot again, despite the fact that they had the car I really wanted. More
While searching online for the best price on a new CRV, Ron Garcia of Bryan Honda emailed and asked to be given a chance for my business. I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly emailed back with Ron Garcia of Bryan Honda emailed and asked to be given a chance for my business. I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly emailed back with a price quote on a car he'd located, which I thought seemed reasonable. We emailed back and forth over some details, reached a deal, and was very helpful when we met at the dealership. I will buy all my cars from now on over the internet. I may have paid a little more by not spending an afternoon in a tension-packed dealership, but it was worth it to me, and Ron is a great guy to deal with. Very down to earth. The finance officer, Mr. Johnson was also very helpful. The whole process at the dealer only took about an hour. I had had a terrible experience with Bryan a number of years ago, but Ron encouraged me that maybe they had improved their customer relations. Hope so. More
This was the simplest no hassle car purchase I can ever remember experiencing. I have bought MANY cars in my life. I've been looking for a while preparing for purchasing a car right after closing on my h remember experiencing. I have bought MANY cars in my life. I've been looking for a while preparing for purchasing a car right after closing on my house that I sold. I went to many dealers Kia, Hyundai and a large Honda dealer in Raleigh NC and the problem was that I couldn't pick the car up until closing and I needed to find the right car, negotiate the purchase and be able to put a deposit with a pickup about 2 weeks later. No one wanted to do that for me. I decided to reach out and expand my search and found Bryan Honda. I wrote an email that was very quickly answered by a fantastic sales person named Steve Leavell. I told him about my unique situation and he presented it to management and they said " No Problem, we can help you!".. So I made the 75 mile drive to Fayetteville to check out their new and used inventory. When I arrived Steve was with another customer and another very friendly helpful sales person came right out, walked with me, got me keys to several cars to check out while waiting for Steve. Steve came out and we started looking at the 2011, 2012 Accords... Then it happened! I found the car for me. A stunning black 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Coupe with 1600 miles on it. It was the right car, I saved about 4500.00 from the price of a new car with 1600 miles less on it and Steve's knowledge and help in comparing the choices I had made it easy for me to make an informed decision to immediately make the deal on this car. I put a deposit down, and came back today, 2 weeks later and picked the car up. I really feel like I got red carpet service from start to finish. The Temporary Tag was even already on the car waiting for me. I handed them a check and within minutes I was on my way. I highly recommend Bryan Honda, Steve and Dave in the finance department. It was a great experience and I would buy there again no question. Thank you for the experience and the car, well.. the drive home was amazing.. thank you again! More

We had looked at Honda where we live and did not like the salesperson we dealt with. He would not give us a price until we said we were ready to buy. We contacted Bryan Honda through USAA car buying servic salesperson we dealt with. He would not give us a price until we said we were ready to buy. We contacted Bryan Honda through USAA car buying service. We were given a quote by email and phone. We had a trade in which we had brought to 3 dealerships in Wilmington so had a good idea what the trade in value was. I told Andy what prices I had been given and what I wanted for the car. He asked that I take photos of the car and send them to him. I took photos of the interior and exterior and sent them off. He got back and said they would give the figure I was looking for and priced out the whole deal including tax, paperwork and tags. We drove to Fayetteville and met with Andy and he looked our car over and he and the manager, Dave Johnson took the car out to drive. They came back and Johnson was complimentary about the condition of the car so the paperwork was processed. Johnson did the obligatory pitch for the extended warrantee, but it was not over the top. Andy helped my wife load her phone into the Bluetooth unit of the car and was very helpful with any questions we had in that regard. The following day, he recontacted us and checked if we were enjoying the car and if she had any other questions. All and all, a pleasant experience. No surprises and no shocks. Would recommend this dealer to others. More
My husband was shopping for a new Honda CR-V. He communicated with dealerships via email to get quotes, and Bryan Honda gave us the best price, so we traveled an hour to Fayetteville ready to purcha communicated with dealerships via email to get quotes, and Bryan Honda gave us the best price, so we traveled an hour to Fayetteville ready to purchase. We arrived, my husband picked the CR-V he wanted, and we sat down with Reginer to complete the paperwork. We were nearly to the point of payment when she mentioned she would have to check to make sure we qualified for the Honda loyalty program to receive a $500 discount that was included as part of the quote she gave us. It turns out that we did not qualify, so she tacked the $500 back onto the price of the CR-V, making her offer no better than any other dealership we had contacted. (No mention of the terms of the loyalty programs were ever mentioned in any of my husband's communication with Reginer, and, since my husband's current and previous vehicles were both Hondas, there is no reason why we would have suspected that he wouldn't qualify.) We were not willing to purchase the car for the new price and were prepared to leave the dealership so Reginer said she would "talk to her manager" to see what they could do. She did this three times, wasting nearly 3 hours of our time. On the third time, her manager came back with her and claimed their last offer (which was still nearly $150 higher than the quote Reginer originally gave us via email) was the absolute best they could do. We left the dealership without the car. My husband and I remained, in my opinion, admirably polite during the entire ordeal considering the shabby treatment we received. Reginer was pleasant to deal with even to the very end, although her friendliness cooled after we refused to by the car for their final price. Reginer's manager was pushy and a little insulting, and even the other salespeople who we didn't deal with were borderline rude to us as we left the dealership. Needless to say we will never do business with Bryan Honda again, and we will be spreading the word among our friends and acquaintances avoid Bryan Honda when shopping for vehicles. Bad form, Bryan Honda. Very bad form. More
My wife and I purchased a pre-owned (used) vehicle from Bryan Honda in Fayetteville on 24Mar2013. It was an easy and friendly experience. The main reason for this great experience was Ron Garcia. From t Bryan Honda in Fayetteville on 24Mar2013. It was an easy and friendly experience. The main reason for this great experience was Ron Garcia. From the very start Ron was there to help us. He stayed with us through the whole process to make sure that everything was accomplished to the highest standard. I think the main thing about Ron was that he was there to assist us, he was not there to make a buck, and he wanted to make sure that we were kept care of. He was there not only to represent himself, but Bryan Honda and Honda as a whole. His personal character is similar to the four C’s in leadership, those being competence, candor, courage and commitment. His competence showed through his knowledge and understanding to be able to help us obtain our goal, His candor encouraged excellent dialogue and discussion with us, his courage was to have a clear purpose and goal in mind, that being to help us. His commitment was to do what was necessary to help us, no matter what the cost may have been to him. Our experience with Bryan Honda, with Ron Garcia could not have been better. I would highly recommend Ron for anyone visiting Bryan Honda. More
