I am very satisfied with Bryan Honda, and particularly with Mr. Steve Leavell. I just pucrhased my vehicle from them after having spent some time exploring some offers. My local dealership played games and didn't offer anything that was of substance to me. Mr. Leavell is straightforward, and very respectful of customers. He doesn't play games, and is honest about his offer. When I arrived at Bryan Honda, Mr. Leavell greeted me and took the time to go over the details of our agreement. After the sale was finalized, he took the time to make sure I was aware of the features of my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Honda and Mr. Leavell in particular. More

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Bryan Honda. My salesman was Mr. Leonard McGrue. Since I still had a broken leg from an accident, and couldn't yet drive, he personally picked me up and transporte salesman was Mr. Leonard McGrue. We went through all the various options that were available to me, and what would suit my needs financially. I found that not just Mr McGrue, but the entire facility was more than attentive to my needs. I was on crutches and my mobility was limited. Vehicles were brought up for me to view and with each different one, he thoroughly explained the options in regard to the price of the vehicle. I chose an Accord that I am pleased with. In addition to purchasing the car, Mr McGrue also went above and beyond in filling out documentation from my prior vehicle so that the "gap insurance" was completed properly. I can't imagine getting any better service or professionalism at any other facility. It is true that a "Honda speaks for itself" but it's hard to find such an inviting, friendly facility such as this one. I was able to work the entire negotiations/purchase online through emails and telephone calls. He gave me a fantastic out the door price, including accessories, installation and taxes/fees, for less than USAA Pricing before all of that. Ron Garcia was extremely helpful and promptly responded to my emails. I was able to use VIP Express Checkout, all the paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived, which allowed me to spend less than one hour at the dealership to complete everything and I was out the door and driving my new car. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Bryan Honda and if you can request Ron Garcia if you purchase from the Internet Sales Department. More

These guys play dirty! Negotiated with them for a week and had a verbal offer over the phone. I told them I would be there early the next day with a certified check (for the full amount). I received a call the next morning stating that someone was test driving the vehicle and they were going to buy the car when their co-signer arrived. The salesman stated that he had to sell the car to them since they test drove it first. The real reason is obvious, the manager (David Johnson) wants you to finance the vehicle through Honda b/c they make more money that way. They do not mind screwing over their customers! Word to the wise... if you MUST by from these crooks then don't let them know your planned payment method until you are in the office ready to sign. More

So, Kevin brought the car to us at our home on a Friday evening which allowed us to test drive and learn more about the car at a time and place of our convenience. Kevin then brought the car back to us the next day so we could sign the paperwork and close the deal. It took well over a week from first contact to sale and through-out the time, Kevin was professional, personal, and people oriented. I shopped around and around because I like to make sure I'm getting a good price. When I contacted Steve he gave me a complete "Out the door" price the very first time while other dealers gave me what I would call a "Get you in the door" price. When you pressed them you found they were holding back additional charges and that didn't give me a good impression. Even after I got all their information Steve's was the best price of all so it was worth it to drive 2 1/2 hours to get it out of town. Once the deal was committed to and we arrived at the showroom we got the royal treatment. Steve took lots of time to go over the car and set everything up to the complete satisfation of my wife. I would definitely buy from Steve Leavell at Bryan Honda again and will reccomend him to my friends. More
