Mr. McGirt was AMAZING! Originally, I called about a used 2010 Acura TL. Mr. McGirt was the salesman that the receptionist forwarded me to. I asked a question about the Acura versus the Honda and he c used 2010 Acura TL. Mr. McGirt was the salesman that the receptionist forwarded me to. I asked a question about the Acura versus the Honda and he couldn't answer it immediately (it wasn't a normal question), but he searched and got me the answer I was looking for. I told him I wanted to know because I was trying to decide if we wanted to drive 30 miles to view his inventory. He offered doing paperwork over the phone and internet and then delivering the car. I was very impressed with his willingness to serve an unseen customer, so, my husband and I drove to Fayetteville. We looked at the Acura and drove it. We started asking more about the Honda Accord. We drove it too. Right then I changed my mind. I told Mr. McGirt of my situation at another dealer and he assured me that he and Bryan Honda did business differently. We went forward. We ran into a small issue, Mr. McGirt and the finance manager were SUPER! They worked hard to get us what we wanted and they did. Both of them are the reason we now have a 2012 Honda Accord and not a 2010 Acura TL. Many, many thanks to Bryan Honda of Fayetteville!!! More

I would highly recommend this dealer to buy a used car. I bought a 2007 CR-V EX-L. I drove from Durham because they price their used cars aggressively low, and the car I purchased was a great deal. Bryan was great to deal with, and he was kind enough to stay after closing time to save me an additional trip to Fayetteville. I figured that a used Honda being sold at a Honda dealership would be in very good shape, so I purchased the car without having my mechanic look at it. The next day, i drove it to my mechanic, and he said it was in great shape (as I expected). It was a great vehicle at a great price, and there was great customer service. I will say that they offered me a pretty low value on my trade-in, so I decided to sell it on my own. But one should expect that if a dealership sells used cars for very cheap, they must offer low trade-in values, or else they wouldn't make any money. So it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, I give the experience an A+, and it was well worth the drive from the triangle. More

I was looking for a Van at the east coast so I can take my family for an Across America tour. I found a Van on the Craigslist advertised by this dealer. I e-mailed Steve and he was responsive. After several e-mails talking about the details of this Van, all the sudden, they wanted $500 dollars more as "Customer Service Charge". I was very unhappy about this hidden cost. And Steve told me this "hidden cost" is "a standard that all dealers do". Also, he told me that they include this "Customer Serice Charge" in all the advertising, which is not true. I went back to the ads they put on the Craigslist and also checked other ads they put on autotrader.com and found no such information. This is very bad business practice and unethic. Everyone, please double check the hidden charge before you do business with this dealer!!!! More
