I always research for the best car prices before I buy and have sometimes purchased cars at better prices in other cities or states. I heard comments from some people at work that Bryan Honda prices are and have sometimes purchased cars at better prices in other cities or states. I heard comments from some people at work that Bryan Honda prices are not very good since they have a lot of people walking in with big bonuses. I am not military, but some of my military friends mentioned unfortunately that could be true sometimes. Regardless, I contacted Bryan, and talked with Reginer Thompson. I told her what I had heard, what I was shopping for, and the price I was willing to pay. I also told her I am talking with Dealers in surrounding States. We have many friends and family elsewhere and had no problem buying elsewhere. Reginer met and beat all prices, quickly and efficiently. All that was in March 2012. We just recently traded our other car and she again had the winning offer. I realize a good deal is personal and subjective, but the numbers were extremely good, lets just say well below dealer invoice. They did not have color we wanted so Mr.Oates got busy to find us one. He called a few days later one had been found. We loved it at first glance and drives and rides just like we wanted. Mr. Oates worked hard to get us right price and what we wanted. He is a very good salesman thankfully he is not overbearing as we have found some to be. He listened to our needs and acted on them. We drove to Fayetteville from Durham based on the service we got from Reginer Thompson with Bryan's internet sales. Reginer stayed in touch by phone and email, was responsive days/nights/weekends. When we thought we were out of luck on the hunt for the car we really wanted, she kept an eye out for us and worked with the sales managers to get us a deal that worked (all without ever setting foot in the dealership). Finalizing the sale at the dealership took some time, but not due to any unpleasant surprises, they were just slammed with business at the time. Because Reginer basically took us through the whole process, I can't speak too much of the overall dealership, but we'll certainly consider Bryan Honda in the future because of Reginer Thompson. More
