Everyone we encountered at the dealership was so positive and upbeat but more importantly knowledgeable. Steve Leavell and David Johnson stayed late for us also making sure the deal was done and ensuring we had everything we needed. Including a great time and lots of laughs. Steve personally set up the install of our accessories the following day and they too were done in only two hours. They also provided a free rental while we waited. What a great experience all around. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 30 years, these guys are by far the best! I bought a 2007 civic at Bryan Honda. It was fine the first two years--two recalls were taken care of easily except for the waste of my time. Problems Began! Because I received no notification about the rear control arm defect I and my very reputable mechanic tried to fix the noise in the rear end. After buying 5 new tires and getting 3 alignments it still wasn't fixed. I brought it to Bryan Honda and "ohhhh by the way there is a problem with the rear control arm", that is why I wasted $600.00!!! Ergh. So supposedly they fixed it BUT guess what the noise is baaaaack. I now have a lemon in my car window. More
