Let me start by saying the guy who took care of my car during my appointment was great and he had nothing to do with what went wrong. The miscommunication at this place is ridiculous. I call asking to make an appointment for a diagnostic because my MPG in my car is running low. The guy on the phone tells me that I don’t need an appointment and to just walk in with my oil change. I let three different people know my main issue with my car and yet that still wasn’t take care of. I was told that I couldn’t walk in to get that done and that I needed an appointment which is why I called in the first place. I was also told that they run a full diagnostic on my car during every service which clearly isn’t true. Now gas is increasing and I’m stuck with my miles per gallon decreasing by the day and all they told me was “it’s just the weather. The MPG is an estimate it’s not 100% accurate.” Well I’m having to fill my tank every week and I’m spending twice as much. I would say it’s pretty accurate. But you guys never forget to ask me if I would like to trade my car in. But won’t help me take care of the one I got from you guys two years ago brand new. More
