My wife took our van in for an oil change yesterday. Once she returned home, she parked the van in our garage. Today, when she left to pick up the kids, I returned home to see that she was gone and there was she returned home, she parked the van in our garage. Today, when she left to pick up the kids, I returned home to see that she was gone and there was a considerable amount of of oil on our garage floor. I called to speak with the service manager but could not so I left a message at 1400hrs. It is now 1900 and I still have not received a call. My wife called, explained the issue and was scheduled for an appointment to come in on Tuesday. Definately not the way to conduct business as it should have been an immediate fix ( please come in to let us make this right). Instead it won't get fixed until Tuesday of next week. Customer/ buyer beware! More
