Brian Guzzardi was rude. Mr. Guzzardi, didn’t check on my car and didn’t not inform me what was taking so long to change 1 tire, put a plug on another one and do an alignment. When I brought the car in, the service person (Trey) did the initial inspection and we agreed the only defect was a hole in the passenger side windshield.
