I am grateful for the Agency's people. I had a problem and still have it but their equipment just could not find it. It is a problem with the continuously variable transmission. Some are set with shift po and still have it but their equipment just could not find it. It is a problem with the continuously variable transmission. Some are set with shift points. My 2019 Forester definitely has shift points. The shifts are abrupt on occasion and a pain to experience, as the abruptness is random. But I could not reproduce the problem when at the agency, so it was not fixed. So, they completely inspected my car and rotated my tires without a charge. Thanks you good people. More

Brought my Outback in after other shops had tried/failed to figure out what was going on with my car. The diagnostic process did take a while but I was looking for thoroughness and accuracy plus they gave m to figure out what was going on with my car. Jeff kept me updated throughout the process and patiently answered all of my questions. I received prompt and professional service each time I was there. I bought a used car believing that the dealer check the car mechanical issues ans fixed them before sale them. I got the car on December aster 2 months I have to towed the car twice and the dealer supposit car mechanical issues ans fixed them before sale them. I got the car on December aster 2 months I have to towed the car twice and the dealer suppository fixed, they never gave me a paperwork from what they fixed, I had to take the car to a mechanic shop where I spent $3k fixing the carcass I’ll never get a car from Bryan Subaru and I’ll make sure that everyone that I know don’t do it.
