When I called to make the appointment I specifically stated that the driver side visor needed replacement. It was confirmed to me at the time of "payment" that the visor was on the repair order. It was not replaced. I was told I would get a call the next day and that the part would be able to be installed then. I did get a call and was told that I could come to have the work done and I immediately went to the dealership to have it replaced. I waited "again" about 30 minutes before the repairs were done. Fortunately I live close to the dealership so the "return" was not a long drive. More
