The payment employee (didn't catch her name due to a 5yr old, lol) have my son a windup rabbit to occupy him for the payment & signatures... Top notch folks working here! I am very pleased with the service the staff showed me and my puppy, Luna. Everyone was courteous and welcoming even though I was very late for my appointment. Luna received lots of pets, an orange water and my puppy, Luna. Everyone was courteous and welcoming even though I was very late for my appointment. Wonderful assistance was rendered by, Richard and the staff! I came in with a nail in my front driver side tire and even though it was running into the lunchtime for the Maintenance technician he agreed staff! I want to like them, and usually the service is friendly. But I keep getting red flags. The first one was when I requested a quote to fix the broken clip on the glasses holder bin. 250$ they told me. You have to replace the whole unit with the lights etc. Turns out, the clip mechanism is a dealer replaceable part. I figured this out on my own, ordered it from them for less than 10 dollars and replaced it myself in a few minutes with nothing but a screw driver. Recently I had my oil changed. I was told my power steering fluid, coolant, and air filter.. needed to be replaced. I know for a fact that these were all changed within the last 10,000 miles on my vehicle, and are in fine shape. The worst part? They forgot to reinstall the two clips that hold the plastic air intake to the front of the engine bay. What kind of sloppy work is that?? I want to go to the dealership because I love my Subaru, and like the concept of the Subaru family. But when I feel like I'm being scammed or cheated it really puts a damper on that. I'm not a car expert, so I want to be able to trust what the mechanics tell me. But I feel like Bryan Subaru is one step away from trying to sell me a tire air flush and clean or something. My girlfriend also owns a Subaru and usually gets work done at dealers. I wish we had an alternative dealer close by. More
