The agent and the dealership were very professional and generous. I bought a used Mazda 6 from them, which immediately had problems with its front facing camera. Although it was a frustrating process to get this fixed by Mazda, Bryan Subaru took care of the issue from start to end, paying for the repairs (as the vehicle was out of warranty). Very surprised. I made an appointment for regular maintenace and computer update. the appointment avialable was on Monday late afternoon. I explained to Charlette that i would have to drop it off on maintenace and computer update. the appointment avialable was on Monday late afternoon. I explained to Charlette that i would have to drop it off on Saturday and she gave me instructions for the drop off. On Saturday I went in and Bryan Welcomed me with his kind, courteous manner. When I explained the drop off plan for an appointment on Monday Bryan asked it i could return in two hours. that was absolutely not an issue for me but a welcome relief a one and done trip to the service department.
