I was having an issue with my windows and also needed to have some regular maintenance completed. Brianna was super helpful and explained the process to me every step of the way. The repair department replaced the rear differential carrier and drive shaft, but failed to realize the wheel bearing was also bad. This required me to make a second trip to the dealership which took al carrier and drive shaft, but failed to realize the wheel bearing was also bad. This required me to make a second trip to the dealership which took almost 2 hours of my time to drive there wait for the repair and return home. They replaced the bearing at no charge, but all needed work should have been done the first time. I don't know who missed the problem the first time. More
