Any little thing is 1000 bucks Further, the design engineers seems to have made a car that even the simplest of things is time consuming and expensive. For example, it costs about $100 to change a headlamp bulb. And 200 to change spark plugs (very hard to do it yourself If you are stuck with one find an independent mechanic. Before you buy ome, check out the web to see these care are NO LONGER RELIABLE. Btw. I have no complaints about the serviser advisor Trey. It is not his fault that Subaru is now a bad idea More

Salesman Greg Bourgeois can be trusted. After making an offer and leaving a $500 deposit. Salesman told me no one was there to approve the deal so he would call me tomorrow. After 2 days of After making an offer and leaving a $500 deposit. Salesman told me no one was there to approve the deal so he would call me tomorrow. After 2 days of back and forth on price and a added trailer hitch Greg Bourgeois told me we had a deal. Later the same day Greg called back to say sorry but the dealership raised the price so he is backing out. Finally the owner made the deal. Greg called back to tell me the car would be ready when arrived at 4:00pm the next day. Clean, with trailer hitch installed and full of gas. When I arrived the car was clean. Also low on fuel. Said “sorry wish I could fill it”. Also no trailer hitch. Greg said “We don’t have one in stock. I had to order you one. I’ll call you when it comes in”. I later checked with the parts department. They had 3 in stock. Now I have to cancel an out of town trip I needed the trailer hitch for. They are booked when I can come in to have it installed. Greg also told me he would get me some touch up paint for the rock chips. So far this hasn’t happened either. The car is great. Everything else about this experience has me thinking I just made a very expensive mistake. More

Nice, knowledgeable staff I was very happy with the service I received. The mechanic, John, figured out the weird thing that was causing my low air pressure warning light, even I was very happy with the service I received.
