First time here for service was fine. Bought our Forester (Freddie) across the lake (Baldwin Motors - very fine dealership) but decided to check Bryan out since it is much closer. I was worried about the parking because Bryan is pretty compact but is was no problem, pulled right in service entrance. There was a lot to do (30 month), so service rep called an Uber to take me home. It was ready that afternoon. Very pleased with the process and Freddie runs like a scalded dog! More

Satisfied again! Had my 6 month service and was also two year checkup. Was there about 2 1/2 hours which included lagniappe- a vehicle wash at the end. One more year left on lease and looking forward to next year when decision to turn in and get new Subaru will be made.
