My wife took the car in. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to Richie who handled my car. Waiting area was pleasant and clean with some refreshments. I had a flat tire right before a long holiday weekend. The staff at Bryan told me to bring the car in, they provided an Uber to take me back home and worked me in to fix my tire. They did a multi-point check up and they updated me via text concerning the fix. I got my car back by 1:30, tire fixed and they even washed my car. Richard is the best. He is always kind and considerate, always addressing my concerns. If I ever need a car in the future, it will be from Bryan Subaru. More

Service was extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes to even be checked in and the oil change took an hour and a half. No one should have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. This being my first experience at Bryan I felt a little lost. I explained the issue I was having someone took my car and two plus hours later I had heard nothing. Brianna went above and beyond in making sure I received excellent customer service. I came in for an oil change and an a/c issue.
