Bait n switch Had an appointment to look at a used truck that I found on their web site, when I arrived instead of the vehicle I had discussed buying over the phone Had an appointment to look at a used truck that I found on their web site, when I arrived instead of the vehicle I had discussed buying over the phone; they had a truck that was ready for the scrap yard setting in front of the entry way and tried to sell me that truck instead of the one I went to see. When I asked to see the truck that i had arranged to see and had gone as far as securing financing on, I was informed that they couldn't sell me the original truck because the mileage had been turned back. After speaking with the salesman back and forth over the last four days, never once did he mention this fact. After finding out I had been mislead; I started to leave the dealership. As I was leaving they kept trying to sell me something I didn't want as well especially the rust bucket parked by the door. More

Great buying experience! I've lived in Durand all my life, and had already purchased one new car from Bryden Ford - and that was a great experience. So this time when I was lo I've lived in Durand all my life, and had already purchased one new car from Bryden Ford - and that was a great experience. So this time when I was looking for another new car at a super great deal, I decided to check out Bryden Ford first. They had an amazing deal on a NEW 2016 Fusion, which is crazy because I bought it toward the end of 2017! My experience was great; the salesman, Darrell, was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use the features in my new car. And it still came with a factory warranty, even though it was a year old at that point! Very happy with this second experience! More

Awesome Experience! Had an amazing experience buying our used 2017 F250. We headed out there after the snow storm and Keifer had the truck pulled inside so we could look at it without freezing and standing in the snow. Keifer and Scottie were amazing to deal with. When it came down to the negotiating we dealt with Scottie because they were down people because of the snow storm. Scottie kept working the deal and looking for the best financing to make it happen. We are extremely happy with our purchase and buying experience. We would highly recommend Keifer and Bryden Ford if you are looking to buy a new or used car. More
