Car searching Everyone was very friendly, the sales rep I had was very personable, not pushy! I explained to her I was nervous driving it off the lot, so she jumped in the drivers seat and took me to where I felt comfortable taking over the driving. I am not sure I would have purchased a vehicle that day if it weren't for Jennifer being my sales person! I have heard negative things about the dealer ship but decided to check it out for myself, very glad I did. They get a thumbs up from me. More

very unhappy the sales people are good at first then you find out real quick how they are dont returns calls.they didnt pay off my car as they said they would.tell the sales people are good at first then you find out real quick how they are dont returns calls.they didnt pay off my car as they said they would.tell you things to get you off their backs.and the car jeep i got was inspected when i got it found out i have a caliper sticking,battery light comes on.ugh so yea i would stir clear from this place.shady ppl.hope the feel good about there selfs. The whole team was awesome! My husband went to the used vehicle lot looking for a truck for our rapidly growing small business and we walked away with 2 new vehicles! The whole team took their time to learn about our business, what we needed, and in what ways we were intending to grow. Then they helped us to find just what we needed and went to bat for us to get it. They even helped us create a plan for our vehicles as we grow. Kathy was our sales rep and she stayed with us through the entire process and answered all the questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she did what she had to in order to get it without hesitation. It was a friendly atmosphere and the experience was fun. Highly recommend! More

Unreliable Ram and 2nd rate customer service . I bought a new Ram 5500 with the 6.7L cummins and Aisin auto transmission. Picked up my new work truck January 6th. By Jan. 29th with 1237 miles . I bought a new Ram 5500 with the 6.7L cummins and Aisin auto transmission. Picked up my new work truck January 6th. By Jan. 29th with 1237 miles it developed a transmission leak. I called Buchanan Auto Park service department. They said they could get me in 1-31-18. By this time I haven't even made a payment on the truck. They looked at it and said the trans needed to come out but they could not get to it til the following week. I offered to leave it there that day. Asked if they had a rental and they said I'd have to come back the following Tuesday to get a rental. I was not making a second trip, I shouldn't have to. I had to call my wife to come pick me up! So far the service manager and a sales person have both said they would call me back and have not. They have been nice to me on the phone but I am not seeing any action showing me they are trying. The parts were ordered but they are back ordered, 1-2 weeks. Its been 2 weeks and I'm out of a brand new truck. This is my work truck, I've explained this to them. I can't make money without it. I bought a NEW vehicle instead of a used one to avoid having break downs for this very reason. I would not refer Buchanan Auto Park or the Dodge Ram to anyone. More

Each person I dealt with not only asked how I was My overall experience with the people at this dealership was very personal as well as professional. Each person I dealt with not only asked how I was doing personally (at the time was recovering from total knee replacement) but they repeatedly kept asking if I had any questions throughout the entire signing process. I felt like the people at this dealership were caring and compassionate - not just there to make a sale. In addition, Kathy got the ball rolling so that we could have an extra programmable key made before we left the property. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here in the future. Keep up the good work you all!!! More
