Overall Experience The dealership was very good to work with but the salesman,BJ, was not the best to work with. BJ was not the nicest salesman to work with, I understan The dealership was very good to work with but the salesman,BJ, was not the best to work with. BJ was not the nicest salesman to work with, I understand that he was new to the dealership but I feel like he sometimes had an attitude especially when it came to the delivery of the vehicle. BJ also did not really go over any of the features of the vehicle, I believe it is because he was new but I feel like he should have asked another salesperson to go over it with us so he could also learn. I was also disappointed that we did not get a free tank of gas since we purchased a new vehicle. More

Awful sales process and service Purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the day I went into purchase it, the whole experience was awful. The whole thing took about 6 hours because Purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the day I went into purchase it, the whole experience was awful. The whole thing took about 6 hours because they only had one finance manger on staff and I wasn't told this until after eating in line to see him for an hour. Even after I was able to drive off, they left me with less than a quarter tank of gas and didn't clean up the car. The salesperson couldn't do one thing of the entire deal himself except take paperwork back and forth to the sales manager. The sales manager, Everett, doesn't seem to have basic customer service skills. He failed to call me back multiple times after the sale when I had specific questions I asked him. I was told there was a spare key to my vehicle and never got it or a call to come get it. 2 months later when I call the salesperson, he tells me there isn't one. I was warned not to purchase a vehicle here but they had the specific one I wanted so I thought, how bad could it be? I will gladly share this warning to whomever I know might think of going to purchase a vehicle there. More
