I have been hunting this car for months now but never checked out Buchanan's at all. Until now, and I sure am glad I did. I got on line, found the car that I wanted at the amazing price I wanted. I have bought 4 brand new cars in my life, but this was by far a better deal and more than I could ask for. Max was so helpful and the financing staff was so good about describing the details of the financing that I felt so at ease and relieved my searching for the car I wanted was finally over. I drove home in my new Chrysler 300C that same night after a two hour drive down. I would never hesitate to buy every car I buy from them, and have already told others about how they treated me. You were all wonderful to me and my son. Buchanan's and Max is who you definitely want to buy a vehicle from. Give them a call, now!!!! More

Ms. Mentzer tolerated my wife's lengthy decision making on the color of the vehicle which was the longest part of the entire ordeal. All paperwork was completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Overall we had a pleasurable experience (as much as it can be when spending that amount of money), and would highly recommend not only the dealership but also Cheryl Mentzer. More
First met Becky when I drove onto the lot and was looking at trucks outside. She was informative, knew the vehicles well and did not pressure me in any way. On the third visit we drove and purchased a Town and Country instead of a truck and have been very pleased. I took the T & C back into the dealership to have an accessory installed and I was treated like family. This was a refreshing change from the bum's rush other dealers give you. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Buchanan Auto Mall and Becky Carr to anyone,, and already have. More
I just want you to know I just got off the phone with your VERY Rude Derrick up at the used lot across from sheetz and he stated no one will be helping me. I put 2 Grand down on a lemon that your company sold me. I have had my car in the shop time after time with in the month that I have own this 2010 dodge avenger. This is very unacceptable. My girlfriend Jessica Zeger and I have bought several Cars some from the new lot and some from used lot and have never been treated so badly. I have left messages with Chuck the GM who has not returned my cars. The only person who has even attempted to help with the car I just bought and pay monthly $340 was Kevin. As you see in the prev messages I have sent him a video of what is going on and have had my car in the shop several times. There has to be a way that you can buy out my lease and either return my $2000 that I put down or transfer the $2000 i put down onto another car at a comparable price and vehicle. Derrick told me that lemon laws do not apply to used vehicles and that is incorrect, there are laws like this and I am sure you know that. I will spread the word how i have been treated if this is not taken care of. I am currently in a rental under your company in which I was told to keep until someone resolves the issue and I am placed in another car. Derek gave me some helpful advise in that area and John kept in touch with me overthe last 10 months giving me updates on new vehicles that came in. they stuck with me through the entire process and made my Camaro possible! Cheryl walked us through the buying process step by step. At that point we told her a few additional things we were looking for, but said that we wanted to remain within a certain price range. She promptly spoke with her manager to see what other trucks were available with the options we were looking for. She found us a truck with the options and within the price range. Cheryl made the process of buying a car pleasant and enjoyable, our teenage daughter was with us that evening and Cheryl talked with her as though she was an "old friend." We would highly recommend Buchanan and Cheryl to our friends for a pleasant car buying experience. More
