Matt Ball was our associate and he did an amazing job w/our deal. He was very friendly and on the ball. He stayed in contact w/me over a few days as we ironed out the details. The financial was handled by Fred and he was excellent at explaining the process of leasing. I am ecstatic with my purchase and wld give this dealership a 10 out of 10 and refer them to all my family and loved ones:) I had no knowledge of the service dep't when selecting this dealership but they seemed wonderful upon meeting them. My first brand new car I had been looking around for the last month at used Challengers and Chargers. I wanted a Charger and saw one I liked but it was at the other store. It could be there the next day but I also asked if I might be able to buy a new Charger. I went in after work and saw Dio. I bought a 2018 Charger with no problems and it was a pretty quick process.
