Last week my husband and I decided to buy a second Tiguan. I phoned Bud Brown, spoke with the manager Rick Pringle. Rick assured me that they had a wide selection of Tiguan's and he would take good care to make it a smooth trade. I arrived the next morning, met with Missy McConnell and to my delight, the three Tiguan's I was interested in were lined up in front of the dealership. I was favorably impressed from the moment I entered the showroom and was greeted until I drove away in my new Tiguan !! Bud Brown will be my VW dealer for life.
