People nice, work is minimal. I like the service manager Steve a lot, but I bought the car with a big Chip out of the front passenger window. We test drove it first, it was raining, so no need to unroll the window. Who would think? They replaced the window, and sent it to be tinted. After market tiny made it hard to match, but it's noticeably a cooler color than the other windows. Also the clear coat job was terrible, lots of areas left unrubbed away, drips inside seen. I hate to be this way, but for as much as you pay to have that done, it should never look like something you could do yourself on a bad day. More

Professional, courteous, & honest. Great service, and I've been coming to them since I bought a new 2012 Tiguan. I now have a 2016 Jetta GLI and a 2014 Tiguan R-line. They are friendly Great service, and I've been coming to them since I bought a new 2012 Tiguan. I now have a 2016 Jetta GLI and a 2014 Tiguan R-line. They are friendly and patient, and don't try to force services on you or guilt trip you. Steve is usually my service advisor and he is awesome. If have any gripes, it's that they can take longer than I'd like, and dealership prices can be slightly high. I'll say that I always do my research on pricing and they are competitive with other local options on tires, battery, and general maintenance. I've never felt ripped off. Waiting room is comfortable and has a TV and free coffee and water. They have loaner vehicles for anything but quick oil changes and those are free and are usually nearly new vehicles. More
