Scheduled appointment I needed a new key programmed and set up an appointment at 9:00 am the 16th and it was done well over 10 days out. My son/dad got there and it was a hassle and they acted like they didn’t have time. I have the email confirmation stating the day/time. This is unacceptable the way my son and dad were treated when I’m PAYING $250+ for a key!! So what I was told was going to take an hour, they got asked when they could come back? My son’s car wasn’t ready until 12:00 pm! HUGE disappointment!!!!! Unfortunately it’s closest to me. More

Unfortunately after I picked up my car, another warning light came on, which required another trip back across town to the service center the next day, with a tight deadline for the fix before I needed to leave town. Within hours the problem was identified and fixed in the timetable I needed. More

Repair locked steering column Steve was incredibly helpful and informative. This was an unexpected repair and he made it possible. I did not have an appointment. My car needed to Steve was incredibly helpful and informative. This was an unexpected repair and he made it possible. I did not have an appointment. My car needed to be towed to dealership and he found a way to get it repaired. My only concern is that the next day when I went to start my car the column locked again. It has done it 7 times since I picked it up. I left a message for Steve and am waiting to hear back from him. More
