Good service I normally would give a 5 star rating, but I am still waiting to hear if my salesperson contacted Chevrolet about my music CDs. I had called right after I drove the new car home. He promised he would check right away. Well, he never did check and never did get gack to me about it. Sounded like my car was given to the Chevy Dealer in Olathe....and comment was "maybe it's in the lost and found." Otherwise, I thought the service was good. I see that the car prices are fairly competitive. The car is a nice one. I have known the Brown Family since I was little. The music CDs accidentally left in my car was a favorite of my dad's who has passed away. So, it meant something to me. I hope the service ahead of the sale wasn't just for the sale.... Everyone was professional and kind. Phil Brown has a great place. The incident is small, in the big picture, but did have a final impact on the followthrough of this final transaction. I am hoping I did, in fact, get a good deal.... More
