Best buying experience in 50 yrs of driving! We are in our 60's and a year from total retirement. When we arrived at Bud Brown's, it was after 2 days of looking for a car that we could enjoy and We are in our 60's and a year from total retirement. When we arrived at Bud Brown's, it was after 2 days of looking for a car that we could enjoy and something different from our usual sedan car. It was hot and we looked pretty worn down and shabby! We had been hounded by salespeope at every dealer we had stopped at. Even when we said "just looking", we could not shake the sales staff right there in our faces asking us questions about what we wanted. We walked into Browns and started looking. The Salesman at a desk said " Hi I am Jerry and if you see anything you like, I have the keys." We said "just looking", he said "No problem ". And he let us look ..and we came back in and he got keys for us and was very professional and did not pressure us. He had good info and showed us everything we asked for. He answered so many questions and didn't rush us or pay attention to anyone but us. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. After more than an hour, we had decided to get 2 Beetles. We got a terrific price and Jerry and the manager stayed well after closing to get everything done for us. Again, no pressured sales pitches for add ons and service deals. They explained them we passed, we signed the papers and wrote the check. Jerry even came and picked us up when our cars were ready so we didnt have to take an Uber from Gardner ! Painless and professional ! 100% A++ service! Thank you Bud Brown VW in Olathe! More

Great Customer Service I took in my 2003 VW Jetta to get the transmission serviced and have a seal replaced. I left it over the weekend to wait for a part to arrive. They sa I took in my 2003 VW Jetta to get the transmission serviced and have a seal replaced. I left it over the weekend to wait for a part to arrive. They said that they stripped out a bolt so they couldn’t take off the seal and get it fixed so they just did the regular service. I was a little discontent about it because I could’ve had my car back way sooner than I did because I was just waiting on the part and also I now have a stripped bolt in my transmission. But they were very friendly and helpful, they also vacuumed, washed, and I think they even waxed it which I was very happy about. More
