Friendly people, Quick service I bought a 2015 GTI on a wednesday, and when I got in to go to work on Monday, the battery was dead. This was slightly understandable since I had been I bought a 2015 GTI on a wednesday, and when I got in to go to work on Monday, the battery was dead. This was slightly understandable since I had been doing some work to the car, opening and closing the doors all day on Saturday. However, it turns out, the battery was bad. I contacted Jerry, and Sam about the issue, and they were very helpful. I got the car in on Tuesday morning. I spoke with Scott, who had heard about what was going on. They got the new battery installed in around 40 minutes with going through a quick test and check. When Scott came back for me to sign the papers he showed me what the old battery was sitting at, and where the new one was, in terms of electrical performance. Sales took care of the entire cost, which I appreciate greatly, since it was only a few days off the lot. My only gripe is that they did not replace the factory battery cover that is supposed to protect the battery from heat. I don't really care about this that much, since I was going to take it off anyway. I just feel like this is something that a lot of shops overlook when replacing a battery (not just Bud Brown VW), but it is something to look out for if you do care about that little fabric cover. More
