Awesome! We have not purchased 3 cars from this dealership, 2 of them used, now 1 brand new 2018. In addition, we have used their service center many times, not because of the reliability of our VW vehicles, but to simply maintain our vehicles as prescribed, and to also take advantage of the protection products purchased at the time of sale. Steve in the service center is our guy. He's awesome. Never sells us something we don't need, but tells us the details and lets us make the decision. He's prompt to answer our questions in detail and communicate with us throughout the process. The sales process, that we all often dread as a necessary "evil" has been a pleasure through all of our purchases. We feel in every transaction we have not only been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, but in a way that has made us very comfortable and valued as customers. Our new purchase was driven by an accident that totalled our previously purchased VW Tiguan. The two years spent driving the 2013 previously owned vehicle, both because we loved the car, and because of the great purchase experience at that time, there was no question that we would return to Bud Brown VW to replace the vehicle. We scheduled an appointment through their online system, and with the horrible cold, was greeted with cars that were being warmed up for our test drive review. Right!? They remembered us from our prior purchase experience, and even Steve from the Service Center recognized us when we pulled in. You see commercials where people are saying that they "treated us like family" and I would not say that about the Bud Brown team, I would say one better. They treated us like valued customers, and that means so much more to me. They even honored prices on some of the products we had purchased from 2 years earlier, on this new sale. Even the financing representative said "You have more pull around here than I do!" Service, service, service....that's what brings people back, and that's one of the big things that brought is back - in addition to the quality of the VW products we purchased. Low pressure sales, informed sales associates, and a welcoming environment that respects your time and the magnitude of probably the second largest purchase (second to our homes) we encounter. Sam (our sales rep) was really fun to work with and was very patient with my wife and I as we tried out various vehicles and walked through the lot to find the perfect ones. She got a 2018 Passat (R Line) and I got a 2018 Tiguan (SEL). They gave us really good deals on both of our trade-ins (Hondas) and the pricing on our new vehicles was extremely reasonable. We didn't feel pressured at any time, even when they had to stay late while we finished the paperwork. We've had our new Volkswagens for a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We LOVE our new cars! Thanks Bud Brown Volkswagen! More

He let us know of other options too, like the 2017 Jetta and compared prices. Once our purchase was finished he went over the dashboard features and help sync my phone so that it was all set up before I left the lot. He also told us to give him a call/text if we had anymore questions or needed help. More

Right away we were met by Sam, one of the sales associates, who not only acknowledged us, but held the door open for us! He asked what we were looking for—I showed him a car that I found on their website and asked if they still had it. He got the car for us, we test drove it, and it was wonderful. That was the car we bought. He didn’t try to sell us a brand new floor model, he didn’t try to shove something our way that was completely out of our budget.. it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Bud Brown VW for anybody’s next car purchase!! More

Had small repair to side mirror and found service department to be very positive and helpful. When I had my own financing set up, the finance manager did not press and was also very helpful. Becoming big Volkswagen fan. I would recommend Bud Brown. I forgot service guys name, but all seemed upbeat. More

He answered every last question I had, without getting frustrated or annoyed, and made every last adjustment to the search to nail down exactly what I was looking for, and never once tried to talk me in to something I didn't want. My husband said it was the most painless, most enjoyable car buying experience he's ever had. Brian in Finance also didn't try to sell us on packages that were not needed, and made the financing totally smooth. I would highly, highly recommend Jeremy, Brian, and Bud Brown. They found me a car I absolutely love without making me feel pressured in to spending more than I was comfortable with. If you want a laid back, fun to worth with sales guy, go see Jeremy. (Oh, and Jeremy also rinsed off my filthy license plate to put on the new car before letting me drive off the lot. Above and beyond in my mind!) More
