Once our purchase was finished he went over the dashboard features and help sync my phone so that it was all set up before I left the lot. Right away we were met by Sam, one of the sales associates, who not only acknowledged us, but held the door open for us! He asked what we were looking for—I showed him a car that I found on their website and asked if they still had it. He got the car for us, we test drove it, and it was wonderful. That was the car we bought. He didn’t try to sell us a brand new floor model, he didn’t try to shove something our way that was completely out of our budget.. it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Bud Brown VW for anybody’s next car purchase!! More

He answered every last question I had, without getting frustrated or annoyed, and made every last adjustment to the search to nail down exactly what I was looking for, and never once tried to talk me in to something I didn't want. My husband said it was the most painless, most enjoyable car buying experience he's ever had. Brian in Finance also didn't try to sell us on packages that were not needed, and made the financing totally smooth. I would highly, highly recommend Jeremy, Brian, and Bud Brown. They found me a car I absolutely love without making me feel pressured in to spending more than I was comfortable with. If you want a laid back, fun to worth with sales guy, go see Jeremy.
