I just happen to decide while I was out looking that I would stop at Bud Brown VW. Max Harrell met me in the lot while I was looking at a Passat. With no pressure, he asked me what I was looking for and if we wanted to take a ride in the Passat. He took the time to show me the features and how the Passat is different from other cars in its class. That day I purchased the Passat. The buying experience was easy and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. That was in February. I just bought my wife a 2018 Atlas last week. I was so impressed with Max and the rest of the Bud Brown VW team, I couldn't think of going somewhere else. More

Very helpful team and great vehicle. Had a 6pm 'appointment' to test drive the 2018 Atlas. Test drove the SEL Premium and then falling in love with it realized it was too much vehicle for Had a 6pm 'appointment' to test drive the 2018 Atlas. Test drove the SEL Premium and then falling in love with it realized it was too much vehicle for us so Sam talked with us in length on the lower models, comparing the features of each trim version to make a decision on the vehicle we wanted to go with. Sam and the finance team worked with us to come to a payment we were comfortable with and then they took to time to go over all the various protection packages they offered and benefits of each. There was NO pressure to purchase any of these add on packages whatsoever. Just letting us know they were there and what they comprised of. After all of the time spent making our choices and coming to a price plan, it was past 10pm (mind you they 'close' at 7pm) so Sam set up an appointment the following Saturday to have our new 2018 Atlas SEL detailed and even further feature explanation demonstration done. Sam did a great job showing us each and every feature of the Atlas and answered all of our questions or got the answer if we hit him with a curveball. I hope to not need to visit the Service team which means VW is making a quality vehicle. :-) We'll just be making our normal maintenance visits and then perhaps leasing another vehicle in 4 years! More
