Poor Communication/Poor Customer Service I thought I was starting the purchase procedure/financing on a vehicle with Bud Brown, but then communications went quiet and there was no contact cal I thought I was starting the purchase procedure/financing on a vehicle with Bud Brown, but then communications went quiet and there was no contact call for that afternoon as promised. I text the contact person in the AM and I was receiving text messages back that they'd get back to me, but nobody did. Finally I called, and when I got an answer, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer whilst my financing package was being put together. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of communication on their part. I made plans to travel thru three states to take possession of the vehicle. Their answer" Well, we had to disappoint someone on this deal, and it was you." More

We asked for Missy McCon This is our second car buying experience from Bud Brown Volkswagen. We returned because of their excellent customer service! We asked for Missy McConnell again because she is the best! Again, she made buying a car painless because of her willingness to listen to what we need/want in a car, finding that car, and then making sure we were totally familiar with our new car before we drove it off the lot. Missy followed up with a phone call later that week to ask how we were doing with our new Jetta and if we had any questions or concerns. Kevin Irish handled all the paper work for us and he was great too! This is a top notch car dealership with top notch employees, we will be back! More
