Bought a used car People were friendly. I don't normally like working with dealers but this one is different. Sam Silverman was our salesperson. I would buy another car People were friendly. I was dissapointed because the car was put on a lift in the shop to inspect and was scratched in the process. The dealer took money off the price to make up for it. It shouldn't of happened. More

This was a wonderful experience Rick and Ben were wonderful to me. From the minuet I was approached I felt valued and respected. Rick was kind and I felt very honest with me. Allowing me to take the car and spend sometime with it was a selling point for me. Ben was also extremely helpful. Answering my questions, and as an older person I never felt dismissed. So may times these days it's difficult to establish eye contact with younger folks and Ben was superb in that area. I felt valued, connected, and respected. I will say that I felt Kevin (in finance) was distracted and did not connect with me in a way I would have liked. I had an occasion to speak with him both in person and on the phone 3 days in a row after my initial time during the finance process (at least an hour in his office) and each time I had to remind him who I was.
