Incidentally, it really does fit three car seats in the middle row. The center position is not suitable for a rear facing as it is a shorter seat width than the side seats but it fits a booster seat perfectly. Our granddaughter LOVES the huge sunroof. More

We decided to participate in the Buyback program due to the emissions issue. Missy McConnell was our contact that helped us with that process. She was wonderful to deal with and very helpful through out the entire process. She has High integrity and did everything she said she would do in a timely manner. Her follow through was excellent! I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen contact Missy, you will be treated excellent. If I could give Missy a sixth star for her personal service I would. More

"Pleasurable experience" This was the first time that I purchased a car over the internet. Bud Brown VW had the specific car I was looking for listed on Auto Trader. I contacted Smokey Peters (Internet Manager) and he answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and got the information back to me. After we agreed on a price, we set up an appointment with Max Harrell for Saturday morning since we were driving from Northwest Illinois. We arrived late Friday afternoon and Max told us to come in yet that afternoon. Max showed us the car which was exactly as advertised. Max and Kevin Irish proceeded to process the paperwork even though it meant staying after closing hours. Everyone on staff was very friendly and made you feel at home and like you had been a customer for years. Since it was after the dinner hour when we finished, they gave us several suggestions to some excellent restaurants in the area. More

I will never go back to this fraudulent and scam of a dealership. Also put a nail in my tire to try to get more money out of me. This "nail in your tire" is not the first time at this dealership and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Unless you enjoy getting scammed and your car damaged by their employees to gouge you some more. More

This is my forth purchased vehicle from a dealership and I can say with al certainty that my experience at BB was different. The folks are not just car sales people trying to sell a car to meet sales target or get commission. They wanted me to be happy because they know I was about to make a purchase that has an effect on my financial well-being. He was able to confidently answer all my questions and provide honest feedback and suggestions while I had my car in for service. In addition to routine maintenance I had them look at a small noise coming from the rear axle. It was two bad wheel bearings. The same bearings that had been replaced 20k miles ago. Without me saying anything, they called VW and got them replaced for free since bearings should last longer than 20k miles. Casey said the parts and install would take an additional week due to the July 4th holiday weekend and the parts had to be shipped from Wisconsin to Kansas. Casey called me Wednesday afternoon to say the car was ready. I wasn't expecting it to be done until Friday. I would also like to mention the Service Manager Jake, who also went above and beyond to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off and he even picked me up when the car was ready. I only take my car to Bud Brown to be worked on, even if it's just for a simple oil change or tire rotation. Their mechanics are skilled and their service writers are honest, patient and friendly. More
