Dealt almost exclusively with Jake Watson and would highly, highly recommend him. Probably the best service person I have worked with during the last 20 years. He was always friendly and extremely important for me, would always take however much time was required to explain the situation in whatever level of detail I wanted (which sometimes would go way beyond what most customers would want), and I never felt rushed. Usually he already knew the answer, but if he didn't, he would take the time to find out and call me back. At new car dealerships, you normally expect high service prices. That is NOT the case here at Bud Brown. Not only was the quality of their service work excellent, their prices were really reasonable. They were lower than any other dealer and sometimes lower than independents. I was really amazed by their prices. In fact, eventually started bringing our Mini Cooper for service because their service work was so good and so reasonably priced. I really cannot say enough positive things about my experiences there with Jake. Also wanted to mention that this dealer provides free service loaners. Don't know if all VW dealers do that, but my suspicion is they probably don't. And yet they still had really low prices for service anyway. Yet another reason for people to bring their cars here for service instead of somewhere else. More
