I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but I would love to purchase a car from here again as they work hard for your business. From my first internet inquiry, Smokey was great in immediately contacting me and answering any questions I had. When I arrived to the dealership, Smokey introduced me to Eric who was my salesman. There is still this stigma where car salesman are seen as the enemy. Eric is truly your best friend. He works hard for you. He doesn't sugar coat anything or tell you lies. He's honest, straight-forward and will explain thoroughly in detail your vehicle. He knows a lot about cars too which helps! From there, his sales managers were both fair with their assessment on my trade and the price of the car. For who wants an easy process, research, research, research, research! I gave them what I thought were fair numbers, and the process was so smooth. I didn't try to low-ball them or anything or be unrealistic. And they were the exact same. They treated me fairly and professionally and it was an awesome experience. Bud Brown must stress customer satisfaction, professionalism, and respect because every single employee I met (from the receptionist, to sales, to finance, to detail) are beyond helpful. This is a great dealership, and if you're looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend them. More

I am a first time dealership buyer and was really nervous about finding not only a good reliable car, but also getting the monthly payments I could afford. Not only did I find a beautiful used Passat, but the finance department worked to get me the right monthly payment. Andre was a very professional and helpful salesman. He really listened to what I was looking for and wasn't pushy. From the test drive to the paperwork he was great to work with and did a fantastic job explaining and breaking down the details. I met with Toby to find the right monthly price. I submitted all my info Monday afternoon and by Monday night he had the best payment plan, that was even less than I expected! He was so friendly and personable and made me feel really taken care of as a customer. The car itself is in amazing condition and the deal was even better. I couldn't be more happy with it! The dealership in general is very professional and beautiful. I can tell they really take care of their customers and employees. This is my fourth Volkswagen leased car - my first was a Beetle that I leased in Atlanta, GA; my second was a Jetta that I leased from Molle Volkswage This is my fourth Volkswagen leased car - my first was a Beetle that I leased in Atlanta, GA; my second was a Jetta that I leased from Molle Volkswagen in Kansas City, MO; my third is a Beetle convertible that I currently lease (and absolutely love) from Bud Brown Volkswagen in Olathe, KS (which, by the way, is about an hour drive each way from my home); and my fourth is a Jetta that I leased just last night also from Bud Brown Volkswagen. I am absolutely sold on Volkswagen - safe, dependable, gas efficient, great prices, comfortable, plenty of leg room, and on and on. But even more importantly was our sales rep - Missy McConnell. On both occasions Missy went way above and beyond what we expected - she is so knowledgeable, but she is also so friendly and honest, she tells it as it is and is definitely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we decided to lease the Jetta, we immediately contacted Missy. We met with her the next day and in just a very few days we had the car and it is beautiful. The dealership is incredible, the cars are outstanding and we could not have had a better experience. But Missy is definitely the frosting on the cake. More
