Best car buying experience I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan from Bud Brown and I couldn't be happier. I had originally gone to another VW dealer in KC and was completely unimp I recently purchased a 2016 Tiguan from Bud Brown and I couldn't be happier. I had originally gone to another VW dealer in KC and was completely unimpressed. It was such a relief to be treated like a person, not a wallet by Eric Shaver. He was friendly, competent, and most importantly, not pushy. I can't believe how much more the other dealer tried to get me to pay for the same vehicle. Lesson learned! I will be a Bud Brown Vw customer for life. Thanks for the great buying experience! More

We found the car we were interested in online and spotted it on the lot. Ron grabbed the key and promptly got the car set up for a test drive on local streets and on the highway. After driving it, we were escorted inside to negotiate a sale. Eric was great to work with and didn't waste time negotiating a great deal. The process was as pressure-free as you can get. We will definitely visit Bud Brown VW again in the future. More

2016 VW Jetta Lease I had a great experience with Theo at Bud Brown. He was very informative and showed a lot of care into my leasing experience. He and his manager even I had a great experience with Theo at Bud Brown. He was very informative and showed a lot of care into my leasing experience. He and his manager even worked with me to get the payments more into my budget. However, it was good but not excellent as a whole. Once I showed interested, there was little I could do to get some more time to really think about my decision. I asked for a couple days but they wouldn't stop until I was given an offer I couldn't refuse. Makes me think how much lower I could have gone....? Plus, I asked them to hold my first payment until Thursday (which is my payday), so that I would have enough for the payment. But once all the paperwork was finished, they could have cared less and deposited the check right away, causing an overdraft fee and a couple other transactions to decline. Wish they would put the customer's needs before their own 100% of the time. Not enough to never shop there again, but left me feeling upset and mad after it was all said and done. More
