fun buying a car I can honestly say I have never had so much fun spending my money as my husband and I did with Mike and Toby. They helped and laughed with us as we all helped my daughter buy a Jetta. They were there at 10 pm with a smile and a chuckle. Then it was our turn We could not decide between the black or the blue Passat. Mike showed us all the workings even the first aide kit. We chose the blue 2012 Passat and then the paper work began This was best time my husband and I had spending money . Mike and Toby made jt so fun to sign papers and watch them fold papers. Don't lose two guys they sold us on VW. Now when we have a family get together you will see three VW's sitting in the driveway (our youngest already has a VW).THANKS MIKE AND TOBY marie and bob More

I have wanted a Tiguan since I drove my 2004 Jetta to Bud Brown to LOOK at a certified pre-owned 2013 Tiguan. Before I knew it, I was leaving in it. I have wanted a Tiguan since they first came out and I love it! Andre BonHomme was super friendly and helpful and he has contacted me several times since the sale to check on things and to see if I had any questions. I appreciate that personal touch. We had a great experience with Michael Motley, and I would recommend working with him if you choose to buy a car here. The staff was great until we started working with the finacial consultant. Im not sure of his name, but he was arrogant and rude throughout the entire process. At this point in the process we discussed walking away do only to our experience with this man; however, life is moving rapidly right now, and I needed to get a car that day. It is hard to give the overall dealership a low rating, however I would not recommend buying here if they don't find a better suited finance staff member. More
