Great experience all around After reading so many great reviews, I decided to go to Bud Brown when shopping for my new GTI despite living 3 hours from the dealership. The trip was without a doubt worth the extra time! I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted and we had already discussed many details via phone. They had the car shined up and waiting right out front upon my arrival and greeted me with a handshake as I pulled up. The service continued throughout my test drive, paperwork and even after I came home. My vehicle needed a seat cover replaced (it was wrinkled from the factory) and the guys at Bud Brown were willing to set up an appointment at my local dealership for me--awesome. A totally stress-free car buying experience that ran circles around my the local guys. I'll come straight back here for my next car someday. The business end of the deal was a breeze, I was given a fair deal on my trade-in and a strong offer on the new Touareg. fun buying a car I can honestly say I have never had so much fun spending my money as my husband and I did with Mike and Toby. They helped and laughed with us as we all helped my daughter buy a Jetta. They were there at 10 pm with a smile and a chuckle. Then it was our turn We could not decide between the black or the blue Passat. Mike showed us all the workings even the first aide kit. We chose the blue 2012 Passat and then the paper work began This was best time my husband and I had spending money . Mike and Toby made jt so fun to sign papers and watch them fold papers.
