When I arrived, both cards were ready to go. Smokey greeted me and introduced me to Eric but neither were pushy or aggressive like some car salesman can be. Eric was pleasant, laid back and very knowledgeable while we test drove both cars. He never made one move to pressure me at all. I believe if I weren't ready to buy, we would have parted ways casually and politely. However, I was ready to buy and we proceeded. Negotiating a price we could both be happy with was a short and easy process. The finance guy was equally nice and easy to work with. I also had an interaction with parts and the parts/service cashier. They were equally nice. Soon Eric was putting the tags on my car and I drove off feeling good about my purchase and my interaction with everyone at Bud Brown. Everyone there is great. You won't be sorry. More

I had never bought a car at a dealership like this before, so my perception going in was based mainly on stereotypes and commercials. Bud Brown did not live up to these expectations (which is a good thing). I almost felt like we were forgetting something when we went to finalize things; it just seemed too easy. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend John Allen at Bud Brown VW to anyone. More

I had been looking at new vehicles but my sales associate, Mik I purchased a certified used Passat over a Bud Brown just after the first of the year. I had been looking at new vehicles but my sales associate, Mike Motley, and the used car manager, Pete Egeland, suggested a pre-owned V6 Passat that they had when we discussed the other cars I was considering. That car turned out to be the right fit. The price was fair, and they gave me way more than I was expecting on my trade. If you're looking for a VW check out Bud Brown and ask for Mike Motley. Have already been recommending! Started out at Bud Brown to fix an oil leak going on from my wife's car, that Firestone was clueless about. Steve hill was the one to help us. He was Started out at Bud Brown to fix an oil leak going on from my wife's car, that Firestone was clueless about. Steve hill was the one to help us. He was very friendly when we came in. We brought the car in and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed all that day! We ended up having a little more oil leak off the car and they told us to bring it back in. They gave my wife a complimentary car to drive to make our life easier while they took a very thorough look at her car. It ended up just being residual oil so no more charges yay! While they had her car they gave it a complimentary wash and even vacuumed out the inside! They handled everything smoothly and professionally which was nice after getting treated by a Firestone like we were a bunch of idiots. Both my wife and I work in retail customer service. It was nice for once to get back the great customer service we try to give! People are super friendly here! The following weekend we actually purchased another Volkswagen from Bud Brown. We will never take our two cars anywhere else ever again to get them serviced! It's Bud Brown all the way. Thanks guys and keep up the big smiles! More

When it was time to drive away in my new Touareg, Missy took the time and went over every aspect of the car with me and even connected my phone and programmed my favorite radio stations! She told me if I had any questions to be sure and call and if I needed another lesson on how to operate all of the accessory's to come back and see her!
