Eric Shaver met us on the lot as we circled the VW Eros, a lovely red hard-top convertible. He gave us helpful information, provided a test drive and treated us with respect. It did not take long to make the decision to shop no longer. Eric moved us through the process - I think he even helped give the car a wash before we drove away. I made an appointment to view 2 From the initial online contact with Smokey to the moment I drove my car off the lot, I had an outstanding experience. I made an appointment to view 2 cars. When I arrived, both cards were ready to go. Smokey greeted me and introduced me to Eric but neither were pushy or aggressive like some car salesman can be. Eric was pleasant, laid back and very knowledgeable while we test drove both cars. He never made one move to pressure me at all. I believe if I weren't ready to buy, we would have parted ways casually and politely. However, I was ready to buy and we proceeded. Negotiating a price we could both be happy with was a short and easy process. The finance guy was equally nice and easy to work with. I also had an interaction with parts and the parts/service cashier. They were equally nice. Soon Eric was putting the tags on my car and I drove off feeling good about my purchase and my interaction with everyone at Bud Brown. Everyone there is great. You won't be sorry. More
